FEATURE
For sand fill artificial turf
- Incorporated balloon inside the covering film of sand makes the surface excellent elasticity and shock absorbency. It realize comfortable playability and safety at falling down.
- Due to very low crushing rate, this color sand prevent hardening of the surface and retains long period. Conventional turf surface filled silica sand will harden soon by the aggregates of fine powder of crushed sand.
- By above advantage, this color sand will prevent pollution of dust dispersion.
- This sand reduces abrasion between turf pile and color sand, life of the surface will extend much longer and lines of court are well visible.
For long pile artificial turf
- There is any unpleasant smell differing from waste tire chips.
- This color sand reduces hot feeling in summer season differing from waste tire chips.
- This color sand reduces electrostatic sting differing from EPDM rubber chips.
- This color sand contains no oily volatile material in hot season differing from EPDM rubber chips, so not noxious to human body.

Test method
Acceleration was measured by normalizing method of JIS 6519, (Japan Industrial standard, Steel furring components for gymnasium floors )
and measured by dropping 3.8kg wt. load which is attached acceleration measuring sensor at the bottom from the 20cm height. On the sample, 13mm thickness round wooden plate is laid at the center of the dropping place to avoid sticking the sensor head into the sample.

Crushing test(Increasing Quantity of fine powder after crushing test)
Test method and apparatus
2.0kg wt. load, attachedφ=65mm iron round plate with t=3 rubber sheet at the bottom., dropped from 12 cm height 50 times/min. repeatedly on the filled test sand filled theφ=110mm round iron vessel. Increasing quantity of the fine powder under diameter 0.5mm after 8 hour crushing test was measured.(our own method and apparatus)
