Effect of controlling temperature rising of the surface in early summer to mid summer
As measures to control temperature rising of the artificial turf surface in summer, light beige EPDM color chips are filled conventionally. AT・Filler beige is similarly or more effective than EPDM color chips. Surface temperature decreases around 10 degrees in early summer to hot summer season comparing to surface filled black rubber chips.
This effect is obtained that AT・Filler has the covering thick film on average of over 60 to 80 μm which is incorporated heat reflective materials on the surface of the recycled rubber chip. And when exposing to sunshine in early to mid summer, the temperature of the chip alone remains under 20 deg. comparing to black rubber chip.

Less unpleasant smell
AT・Filler reduces unpleasant smell of Black rubber or synthetic rubber owing to the covered thick film around rubber chip surface.
Covering film contains no volatile component, so this chip is safe to human body
Synthetic color chip contains many quantity of mineral oil, and volatilize in hot weather. Generally to say, the cost is cheaper, volatile oil contains much more, it is unfavorable to human health. Covering film of AT・Filler contains no such noxious component, so this chip is safe to human body.
Less flow away or move in heavy rain shower
Black rubber chip and synthetic color chip has water repellent character because of existence of wax or oil on the surface, so these chips move easily from turf surface. AT・Filler do not have such materials on its surface.
Excellent durability
AT・Filler has excellent durability, uses basically similar frame-work raw materials same as the aggregate of elastic surface used for walking and running way. This was adopted for an open place and walking path in Aichi International Exposition Site in 2005, estimated the many installation result and durability.
Less electrostatic sting
AT・Filler has the characteristic of less electrostatic sting, due to its less electro resistively comparing to EPDM rubber chips.

Regeneration is possible repeatedly
By dividing from sand, rubber chips including black chips is possible to regenerate by covering process again, reducing disposal cost when a artificial turf has to be renewed.
