Strength improving agent for rubber chip surface.

It is possible to enhance the strength of rubber chip surface remarkably, by mixing this agent with rubber chips prior to mix with PU binder, so wider application, more durable performance of rubber chip surface will be possible.

USES

Heavy duty rubber chip surfaces such as water permeable surface for athletic field, running way and so on.

FEATURES

• It is possible to enhance the strength of rubber chip layer to nearly　triple, by only mixing this agent with waste tire rubber chips prior to mix with PU binder
• Most of effective components of this agent consist of derivatives of natural resources, those are fatty acid and organic acid.
• Most of components are non-toxic materials or relatively non-toxic materials such as no sick house designated materials, heavy metal free and halogenated material free, that is friendly to environment and human body of workers.

Terms of use

Prior to use, please confirm the effect of MP-20, with your own formula of surface, materials and mixing facilities. Especially strength will change widely depending on the adding quantity and performance of mixer.

MP-20 is relatively non-toxic, but it contains organic acid, organic solvent, so care should be needed in handling and storage. Please observe all warnings and precautions according with MSDS and put on safety goggles and masks in accordance with the needs.

As MP-20 is flammable liquid and vapor, fire including smoking should be prohibited.
